    • 45-min fact-finding call

    • Personalised training plan for your target event

    • Midway check-in with tweaks if needed

Perfect if you want expert guidance but prefer to run independently.

Endurance Package
Ongoing Coaching

  • £70/month (Launch Offer – usually £100)

  • Includes:

     

    • Fully customised training plan with ongoing updates

    • Weekly check-ins to track progress

    • Fortnightly 30-min coaching calls

    • WhatsApp support for adjustments (injuries, schedule changes, etc.)
