The Coaching Package

Flexible 1:1 Coaching

  • £150/month (Launch Offer – first 3 clients, usually £200)

  • Includes:

    • One 60-min video call per month

    • Ongoing accountability via WhatsApp or email

    • Personal action plan created after each session

    • Resources, tools, and strategies tailored to you

No lock-in. Start with one month and extend if it’s working for you.
