A performance experiment turned endurance mission.
Project 1% began as a simple idea: improve by one per cent every day.
Now, it’s my full-scale preparation for Ironman 2026 - a test of endurance, resilience, and precision. Over twelve months, I’ll be exploring how small, structured changes compound into world-class outcomes.
Each month focuses on a different human-performance factor - from recovery and focus to nutrition and precision - blending data, psychology, and lived experience into measurable progress.
This isn’t just about racing 140.6 miles. It’s about building a framework for sustainable high performance - in sport, work, and life.

Foundation & Focus
Establishing where performance starts - physically, mentally, emotionally.
I’m sharing key metrics publicly throughout the project - training load, recovery, sleep, and mindset trends - to show the data behind the documentary.
Weekly Training Load ↑ %
Sleep Efficiency ↑ %
Resting HR ↓ bpm
Nutrition Compliance %
Transparency fuels accountability.
After years studying human factors in aviation and performance coaching, Ironman 2026 is the ultimate field test - an experiment in applied endurance and psychology.
Project 1% is where data meets discipline. It’s where marginal gains become meaningful transformation.
I’m documenting every step so others can learn, apply, and build their own version of performance with purpose.
